Bruce Irons just won the Rip Curl Pro WCT in Indonesia. Kaiborg and Bruce's brother Andy watched along beach side, the rest of us watched on the web for Bruce's final match up against good friend Fred Patacchia. Bruce got the right waves and found the good sections, combo-ing Fred with a 9.33 and an 8.33. On the world-class left hander, Bruce even found a bizarre section that opened up and became a right; Bruce nailed the end section in the shallows and received the 8.33. Ironically, this win comes a month after Bruce's official statement of bowing off of next year's ASP World Tour, regardless of how he finishes the year. CONGRATS BRUCE!
